At Korf, we understand that plans can sometimes change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as you can.

 

Cancellations within 24 hours
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Late arrivals and missed appointments
If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know, or if you arrive too late for your treatment to be carried out safely and effectively within the remaining appointment time, the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged.

As each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations and missed appointments are often difficult to fill at short notice. Your understanding helps us continue to provide the best possible care for all of our patients.
